Philipps & Graham clients can get the answers they need at one of our annual review webinars.

Are they doctors? No.  But they are attorneys, so they’re pretty good at diagnosing problems, explaining complicated things, and occasionally telling you that you should have planned ahead.

No medical advice will be given today.

Legal advice, however, is still available. 😂

Today’s specialty: Estate Planning & Preventative Legal Care. Because an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of litigation!

Just as you would schedule an annual physical to make sure your health is on track, your estate plan deserves an annual review to make sure everything is still accurate and up to date. Life changes, and so do the details that make up your estate plan – your family, assets, beneficiaries, wishes, and circumstances. Taking time once a year to review your portfolio can help ensure your information still reflects your current situation and that your plan continues to accomplish what you intended.

Annual Review Webinars

Although Logan and Derek are not doctors, they do firmly believe in the value of maintaining a healthy estate plan. They offer their clients ongoing support in the form of free, annual webinars to help keep estate plans effective and up to date. These online educational opportunities empower clients to make a self-assessment of their current estate planning strategy and the individuals they have named in their plan.

Logan and Derek offer these review webinars four times each year. Clients are sent an invitation annually, but are welcome to view the most updated recordings at any time. The recordings from each webinar are saved to a password-protected page of our site. If you are a client of Logan or Derek's and would like to know the date of your next review webinar or need access to a previously recorded session, please call our office at 614-760-1801 and ask to speak with our office manager.

If you already know your plan is need of updates, you can bypass the webinar and simply contact our office to schedule a formal, one-on-one review of your plan with your attorney.
